COSTS AND PAYMENTS ACCEPTED

Dark Moon Coaching LLC prides themselves on being able to be extremely flexible with timelines, pricing, and being truly focused on the wellbeing of our clients. In order to do this we have chosen to NOT contract with any insurance companies.

If You Have Insurance: we will price match your copay regardless of what insurance you have. If you have no copay you will pay the minimum (10.00 USD) per session.

If You Do NOT Have Insurance: we do not offer a flat rate fee. We go off of our own sliding scale. (one of the perks of not contracting with insurance) You will need to provide your income for an exact payment amount. Basic estimates are below:

$0-12,000: 10.00 -15.00USD

$12,000-24,000: 10.00 - 20.00USD

$24,000-38,000: 10.00 - 35.00USD

$38,000-50,000: 15.00 - 40.00USD

$50,000-68,000: 15.00 - 50.00USD

$70,000 and Above: 50.00 - 150USD

*Amount is per session and based off of a household size of 1.

CLASSES: For group classes it is 20.00USD per seat at the door, 15.00USD per seat if paid in advance and 10.00USD if attending virtually. For individual 30 minute classes it is 20.00USD.
