Meet Our Team

Kathryn Lythgoe (Randall)

President | CEO

Welcome! My name is Kathryn and I founded this outpatient center in honor of Joshua Smith (1991-2022)

Together we had a dream of working around "the man" being able to provide qualified care for both behavioral health and substance use/addictions.

As President and CEO, I bring an extensive background in mental health, addictions, and recovery services built on both academic excellence and hands-on leadership. With a Master’s in Mindset Life Coaching, a degree in Addictions and Mental Health Treatment, and professional certification in Case Management and Crisis Prevention I have dedicated my career to understanding and supporting the full spectrum of human healing. Before starting this company, I successfully directed a multidisciplinary department serving diverse and high-need populations, developing programs that emphasized trauma-informed, inclusive, and person-centered care.

This foundation of advanced education, leadership experience, and direct client work allows me to guide our organization with integrity, compassion, and evidence-based vision, ensuring that Dark Moon Coaching sets a new standard for accessible, high-quality, and transformative care.

CBT, REBT, Life Coach, Masters  in Mindset Life Coaching, Crisis Intervention, Art expression and Behavioral Health Case Management.

She cultivates a workplace where people feel valued, supported, and inspired to bring their best selves forward.

Passionate about building a kinder, softer world, Jordan believes transformation happens one relationship, one conversation, and one intentional act of compassion at a time. Her contributions are foundational to Dark Moon Coaching’s mission to make healing accessible, human, and heart-centered. At her core, Rachel is guided by values of goodness, generosity, and genuine humanity. She is the kind of person who would give you the coat off her back, not out of obligation, but because helping others is woven into the fabric of who she is. This authenticity infuses every interaction she has, creating a coaching environment that feels safe, supportive, and deeply transformative. Her compassion is not just felt; it is lived, leading others to feel seen, valued, and understood in ways that often change the trajectory of their healing.
