Individual Coaching Sessions (Behavioral Health or Addictions)

Individual coaching sessions are 50 minutes each and can be in-person or tele-health (via Simple Practice Telehealth). Sessions are client led, that way we can make sure that we are understanding and meeting your needs at every session and everything in-between. Individual sessions can be twice a week, weekly, every other week, or monthly. *if more than twice a week is needed you will be referred to our intensive outpatient coaching programs.

30, 60, and 90 Day Programs

We offer 30, 60 and 90 day intensive coaching programs. These programs are written based on each clients needs by the CEO. During the program you will do at home assignments, individual coaching sessions, if needed group sessions, art expression, music expression and many more techniques. For our intensive outpatient coaching programs, clients meet with their coach daily Monday-Friday.

We allow our clients to choose the amount of hours they want per week meeting with their coach. 9 hours minimum, 19 hours maximum per week per client. Programs are offered for both behavioral health and substance use/addictions.

We at this time have extremely limited spots for these programs. If there is no current openings for our intensive coaching programs we do offer a wait list.

Group Sessions

Group sessions are 30-60 minutes each and can be in-person or tele-health. Group sessions have a 5 person max. Each participant must be enrolled in Dark Moon Coaching LLC. Group sessions are best suited if you are needing the following:

-A non-biased third party to help resolve conflict 

-Learning how to improve communication styles with those in the group session

-Needing extra support for hard conversations

Case Management 

We offer case management services to those clients needing help with any of the following:

  • SNAP
  • WIC
  • Financial Aid
  • Housing
  • SSI/SSDI
  • Medicaid
  • Medicare
  • Referral and referral support

*All case management services are billed through Medicaid. If you do not have Medicaid, we can help assist with applying for insurance. Case management services are free of charge to clients regardless of having Medicaid or not. *You DO have to do the required intake for enrollment for case management services which does require a fee based on your tier level.
