Individual Sessions (Behavioral Health or Addictions)

Individual sessions are 30-45 minutes each and can be in-person or tele-health. Sessions are client led, that way we can make sure that we are understanding and meeting your needs at every session and everything in-between. Individual sessions can be twice a week, weekly, every other week, or monthly. *We accept HSA/FSA and Careflex for sessions. You can also pay via Mastercard, visa, American Express, Cashapp and cash. 

30, 60, and 90 Day Programs

We offer 30, 60 and 90 day programs. These programs are written based on each clients needs by the owner. During the program you will do the "assignments" given to you for the week and then have a 30 minute weekly check-in with your coach. Programs are offered for both behavioral health and substance use/addictions.

Group Sessions

Group sessions are 30-60 minutes each and can be in-person or tele-health. Group sessions have a 5 person max. Each participant must be enrolled in Dark Moon Coaching LLC. Group sessions are best suited if you are needing the following:

-A non-biased third party to help resolve conflict 

-Learning how to improve communication styles with those in the group session

-Needing extra support for hard conversations
